Fe de errata: La escuela que estaba en el lugar 40 de la tabla, Cranfield, paso al lugar 39 debido a que su salario estaba expresado en Libras Esterlinas y no en dólares américanos, al cambiar estos valores, cambió también su valor final que lo dejo en dicha posición. En el lugar 40 quedó la escuela que antes estaba en el 39, Simon Graduate School of Business.
